Shipping and Handling

Standard Delivery

Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within two days of receipt to arrive within 4-5 business days.

Shipping Details

We ship to U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States.

Surcharges (applied to rate table below)

* All shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territory/possession, will be charged an additional $10 for USPS Priority Mail.

(No surcharges are applied to APO/FPO/DPO shipments.)

* A few very heavy items require additional surcharges. You will see any applicable surcharges in your shopping cart along with the standard shipping fees.

Tax Info

Shipping and Handling charges are taxable in the State of Texas. Outside the state of Texas, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.

Returns Policy

We do our best to please everyone but know that doesn’t always happen. We reserve the right to issue partial credit or no credit.

If you’re not satisfied, let us know by calling Customer Care at 817-262-9040 Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm CST to discuss the matter, request a prompt exchange, credit or refund.

In general, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
